1. Who we are
Heavy Duty Builders Labs Limited (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

2. What this notice covers
This notice covers two things: visiting our website at heavyduty.builders, and writing to us at team@heavyduty.builders.
We do not run an application process. There is no application form, we do not ask you for information about yourself or your project, we do not assess or score anyone, and we do not use artificial intelligence on anything you send us. In practice, we are the ones who reach out to people.
3. When you write to us
Our inbox is open so that people can reach us. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send: your email address, your name if you include it, and your message with anything attached to it.
- What we use it for: reading your message and replying to it. Nothing else.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interests in answering people who contact us — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- What we do not do with it: we do not copy it into any database or other record, we do not add you to any list, we do not use it for marketing, and we do not process it with artificial intelligence.
- How long it stays: in our email inbox, as ordinary correspondence, until we delete it. It is not kept anywhere else.
Please do not send us identification numbers, financial details, private keys, seed phrases or other credentials, or sensitive information about yourself or anyone else. None of it is needed to reach us.
You do not have to write to us, and nothing follows from not doing so.
4. When you visit our website
We use cookieless, self-hosted analytics. Nothing is stored on your device and we do not store IP addresses; the details are in our public-site analytics notice.
Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, on servers in Germany.
5. Who receives your data
- Our hosting provider — Hetzner Online GmbH, on servers in Germany.
- Our email provider — Google LLC, through Google Workspace, which hosts the inbox at team@heavyduty.builders. Google may store and process messages in the United States and in other countries where it operates.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not share it with partners or investors, and we do not use it for advertising.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, and to obtain a copy;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data;
- restrict our processing in certain circumstances; and
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, at any time and on grounds relating to your particular situation.
We do not rely on your consent for anything described in this notice, and we make no decisions about you by automated means.
How to exercise them: write to team@heavyduty.builders. We respond within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, and we will tell you if we need the extension.
Complaints. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
7. British Virgin Islands
As a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, we are also subject to the Data Protection Act, 2021 of the British Virgin Islands. The rights in section 6 can be exercised in the same way, by writing to team@heavyduty.builders.
8. Changes to this notice
We keep this notice under review and will update it when what we do with personal data changes. The version number and effective date appear at the top, and we keep every superseded version available.
